The two angels arrive in Sodom at evening. Lot meets them at the gate, insists they stay with him, and prepares a meal. Before they sleep, the men of Sodom surround the house demanding the visitors be brought out. The angels blind the mob and tell Lot to take his family and flee. Lot's wife looks back. The cities are destroyed. Two daughters, a cave, and the origins of Moab and Ammon.
